At Jumpin' Jaks Tees, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product and we have established the following policy to ensure a hassle-free return process.

Return Policy:

We offer a 14-day return policy on non-personalized items. This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jumpinjakstees.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have not been requested for return in advance.

Damages and Issues:

We inspect all orders before shipping, but in the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personalized items, and gift cards. If you have any questions about the return policy for your specific item, please contact us.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
